| ALL REGISTRATIONS are final. No refunds or credits are available for course fees or rescheduling fees. Registrations are nontransferable unless requested and approved 48 hours before a scheduled class. |
| RESCHEDULE at no additional cost to attend a class of the same title that is conducted within 30 days of original course date (with exception of those marked HOLIDAY RATE). Request must be approved by us 48 hours before the originally scheduled class. Thereafter, such requests will require a $25.00 rescheduling fee. |
| NO SHOWS may register for any class of the same title that is conducted within 30 days of the original course date, although a $25.00 rescheduling fee will apply. |
LATE ARRIVALS risk being denied admittance at the sole discretion of the instructor, and this will be treated as a no-show. Because late arrivals are disruptive, please be considerate of the instructor and other course participants by being on time.
All charges/fees are applied on a per person basis. Prepayment is required for both course fees and rescheduling fees. Unless otherwise noted, only one rescheduling opportunity is offered per student registration, and all seats are granted solely on a space available basis. |
| HOLIDAY RATE registrations are final and no refunds or credits are available. For these sessions, no complimentary seats (promotional, make-good or audit) are available, registrations are nontransferable, and registrants may not reschedule. |

All pre-registration/prepayment is administered by phone or mail. No walk-in registrations or payments are accepted. Class walk-ins are not authorized, and may be subject to additional service charges if allowed admittance.
We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet minimum enrollment or as emergency conditions, weather or otherwise, may warrant. In any such event, registered participants will have the option of a full credit or refund of course fee(s), or a registration in the next available class at no additional cost. We have the sole right to determine the number of seats available for any class and may elect, at our option, to terminate registration at any time.
Returned "NSF" or "Stop Payment" checks are submitted for collection. Registration and payment of aforementioned fees imply acceptance of and agreement to the terms of this policy.
